This website is operated by Nevorii. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nevorii. By visiting nevorii.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to use this site or place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, customization, and shipping information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

2. Products and Handmade Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Screen settings may affect color. Natural crystals, wood, cord, and handmade work vary in color, clarity, grain, shape, texture, inclusions, markings, size, placement, and finish. Disclosed natural and handmade variations are not defects. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change before an order is accepted.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

You are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, measurements, material selections, and other personalization details before submitting an order. We engrave and make items using the information you provide. Changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase, but cannot be guaranteed after production begins. Custom and personalized products are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, inability to complete the requested customization, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Import Charges

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar destination charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout and are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will notify you and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Problems

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect items, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or reproduce content without permission, impersonate another person, submit false information, or infringe intellectual property or other rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The site and its original text, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Nevorii and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes only. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties may provide parts of the service under their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or independent services.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and service providers in countries other than your own, subject to applicable law.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevorii will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Nevorii and its service providers against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Governing Terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies linked on the site form the agreement concerning your use of the store. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply from the stated effective date and will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted where prohibited by law.
