Each piece of natural rose quartz is unique. Color, clarity, translucency, shape, texture, inclusions, veining, markings, size, and cord placement may vary slightly from the photographs and from piece to piece. Minor differences in handmade knot placement and finish may also occur. These natural and handmade characteristics are not defects.

A small amount of removable surface wax may appear on the waxed cord. This is a normal characteristic of the cord finish and is not a product defect. Gently wipe it with a clean, dry, soft cloth.

The pet pendant features an adjustable sliding knot design for flexible sizing. The pet tag is fixed in a heart shape and includes free custom engraving. Please enter your pet’s name and the date you would like engraved in the custom engraving box.

Choose a brass or stainless steel pet tag. Brass naturally tarnishes and darkens over time with wear and moisture exposure. Stainless steel maintains its finish and resists tarnishing.

The cord is green by default. If you prefer a black cord, kindly leave a note at checkout, free of charge.
